WORKSHOP: LET’S DO IT TOGETHER: INDONESIA & GERMANY UNITED BEYONDS BORDERS
Moderators: Agustina Iskandar, Indonesia and Holger Holland, Germany
The national leaders of “Let’s Do It! Germany” and “Let’s Do It! Indonesia” agreed on an overarching collaboration to tackle the plastic problem across borders at the last year Let’s Do It World Conference. The transnational support program “Let’s Do it! Together” was born, which should serve as an example for other collaborations between Let’s Do It World countries. The aim is to support each other through knowledge and resource transfer.
The conference this year in Munich and next year in Jakarta, both jointly organized by Germany and Indonesia, are a visible expression of this.
Join the workshop organised by Agustina Iskandar, the national leader of “Let’s Do It! Indonesia”, and Holger Holland, the national leader of “Let’s Do It! Germany” and listen to their learnings and get inspiration on how your country can benefit from transnational collaborations in our network. All of this is framed by a personal report of Stefanie Sacherow, member of Let’s Do It! Germany, who describes her experiences with plastic waste disposal in both countries.
